Eagle Rock is a wonderful community that is great for families. Sandwiched between Glendale and Pasadena, its location offers great proximity to the San Gabriel Valley, Downtown LA, and Pasadena. Most of the action in Eagle Rock takes place on Colorado Boulevard and Eagle Rock Boulevard where there are tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. Homes north of Colorado Boulevard are the most desirable, but there are some hidden enclaves that many buyers overlook and some great deals fly under the radar.

 

With the influx of Eastsiders putting down roots in Eagle Rock, prices have risen considerably. The median home price has risen by 10.2% since last year and has reached $887,000.
