Welcome to Eagle Rock
Eagle Rock is a wonderful community that is great for families. With its excellent schools and family-friendly atmosphere, Angelenos that are priced out of other Eastside neighborhoods have flocked to the area. Sandwiched between Glendale and Pasadena, its location offers great proximity to the San Gabriel Valley, Downtown LA, and Pasadena. Most of the action in Eagle Rock takes place on Colorado Boulevard and Eagle Rock Boulevard where there are tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. Homes north of Colorado Boulevard are the most desirable, but there are some hidden enclaves that many buyers overlook and some great deals fly under the radar.
Insider tip: Order a large sausage and fresh garlic pizza at Casa Bianca Pizza Pie.
Just don’t forget to snag a pillow mint on the way out!
